Appointments Only – Monday to Friday

In the “Notes” section provided, please specify whether this appointment will take place in person at our CZMAI office in Belize City or if it will be conducted virtually. If it is a virtual appointment, one of our facilitators will send you a Zoom link for your scheduled date and time.

Please be advised that appointments for our services are exclusively available on weekdays, Monday to Friday, during the hours of 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (surveys take 10 -15 minutes). Please note that appointments will not be scheduled on public holidays and bank holidays. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this schedule.
